Planet Fanon Wiki invented a new way to calculate witch current Fanon year we are in: using the Fanon Years System. It is manually updated day-by-day and is still in Pre-Alpha stage.
Description
To prevent confusion from users, asking for "which year are we actually in Fanon?", the FYS - Fanon Years System has been created. It is still updated manually by Administrators, but someday it will be automatic.

- 5 real life days = 1 Fanon year
This is the current system. It's very primitive, though.
When this wiki grows, the system will be changed.
Current Fanon year is displayed on the main page.

[FIXED] It was again set to 2010.
[CHANGED] Since the wiki is a bit friezed up, and there is no much time to update the system daily, now 5 real life Earth days = 1 Fanon year. The system will be kept like this until major active uses appear or current users turn out to be very active.
